It has come up into our back yard, but only as far as the swing set. I've never seen it come further than that, and the last time it was that high was several years ago.
We're high and dry, though, and so are the dogs, so I'm glad our property is situated the way it is, with a sloping back yard. The end of our street has water standing, but just in front of our house it's fine.

WE live on the side of a big gully that goes down into Jack Gore Baygall......so we also far pretty well in the rains. May need a raft to get into town, but home is high and dry. LOL - Barbara

That water rising can be a scary thing! It hasnt rained much at all in Ohio.

Wow! You have been busy journaling while I've been gone!! And back to the journal jar too! I remember when she first started that. I was doing it back then too but just for myself and my family, I didn't have it posted publicly. It was fun. I should start doing it again too.
Anyway, just getting all caught up. Nice to see you keeping up with your daily gratitude entries. Sounds like you are enjoying being a SAHM.
