Be Done With The Day!

'Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in. Forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. Begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with old nonsense.'
--
Ralph Waldo Emerson

I LOVE this quote!

That could have applied to my entry last night, couldn't it?

That's true...but I love your new word anyway.  You would never have been able to give me a laugh if you hadn't blundered.   Every cloud has a silver lining....Lol!
I have a dear friend who could so easily be Mrs Malaprop from Sheridan's Rivals.  She gets so many of her words 'muxed ip'.....Lol!
One day she was telling us a tale about her husbands car going into the garage to be serviced.  She said happily..."And... they are giving him a courteous car to use for a week whilst his is being fixed".   She learnt to laugh so well at herself...she was a star!   You are too!   Jeanie

That is some good advice! There are times when I go to bed and think about all that still has to be done!
