I love Spumoni!! I don't really care for ice cream either -- but I like desserts with ice cream in them. Starbucks has this really great Mud Pie treat, coffee ice cream between two chocolate cookies then covered in milk chocolate - to die for!! I have heard they have another one, a brownie and coffee icecream sandwich, but I haven't actually seen it anywhere yet! Probably a good thing!!
