Please don't forget to schedule your yearly mammogram, as well as other regular tests you may have been putting off, pap smear, testicular tests (if you're male), etc. Early detection is key.
Great idea and reminder. I missed mine last year. The older ya get the more things need to be checked out. They say after 50 you need to have a colonoscopy. I'm going to FINALLY have that done this summer. Gosh, I hate to think about it! Mkaes mamograms seems easy. Anne
I have got to do that whew it takes so much maintenance to live these days. I also need my teeth cleaned, a colonoscopy....... what an exciting life! Marti
