I was out of an ingredient for dinner, so I told Eler Beth I was going to run out to the store, and of course she went along. While we were checking out, the cashier referred to Eler Beth as a "he".
Eler Beth laughed and said, "He?!", and the cashier started apologising. On the way out to the car I said, "Well, you do have your hair put back, and you're wearing a denim jacket that doesn't show your womanly figure."
She responded, "That's why I'm wearing a jacket -- so I won't show my womanly figure." Then she added in a stage whisper, "I forgot to put on a bra this morning!"

She's gonna have a fit you told this! Oh. LOL You are a stinker! - Barbara
LOL, I went through a stage when everyone thought I was a "he" too!!! I didn't think it was too funny at the time though.

That is too funny. My girls use to make fun of me because their boobs were bigger then mine. They are not laughing any more! I am so small that I can wear a shirt and not put a bra on. The girls have to wear a bra all the time! LOL

That girl gives you material to write about and probably will for the rest of your life. She cracks me up. I love it!

That's a funny Eler Beth story. My kids always gave me such a lot of entertainment! And grandkids have followed! I haven't been to your journal for quite a while while struggling with the flu but I am feeling considerably better now. So saw Dusty Pages and decided it was time to check you out. I like to see what Eler Beth is doing, too! I start feeling about the journalists kids and grandkids a little like I do my own. Gerry
Eler Beth never fails to provide material for a smile. She is such a delight to have around. (Hugs) Indigo
